In the tranquillity and solitude of the countryside of Castile, Spain, you will find La Casa de Salaverri.
This magnificent estate has a unique natural space, bordered by an idyllic river, a tributary of the river Duero, with centenary trees, one of them catalogued as singular, it has all the comforts to be able to live in it as well as for its operation as Rural Tourism, likewise it is located in the heart of the denomination of wines Ribera del Duero, it has land for a future exploitation of winery, elaborating and bottling of famous wines.
This house was a pioneering flour mill for its time, built by the Salaverri family in 1920.
The aforementioned Salaverri flour mill was in operation until the end of 1950. It was abandoned until 1989 when their descendants began to restore the buildings and converted it into a peaceful estate with two independent villas. It has asphalted accesses, internet, Wi-Fi, a registered water well with the possibility of declaring it as a natural mineral for bottling.
